CURRENTLY HIRING: Social Media Manager
Remote / Part-Time (with potential to become Full-Time)
Overview:
Stay Here, a mental health and suicide prevention organization, is looking for a part-time Social Media Manager to help grow our online presence and connect with our audience in meaningful ways. We prefer candidates who live in or are willing to relocate to Johnson City, TN, but this is not required. If you’re passionate about mental health, storytelling, and content creation, this could be your perfect role!
Responsibilities:
- Manage and create engaging content across all Stay Here social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
- Create at least 2 new posts per week, including Stay Here’s clothing, journals, and books.
- Help manage influencer relationships and user-generated content (UGC).
- Track analytics to refine content strategies and increase engagement.
- Engage with our online community, offering support and driving conversations on mental health.
- Receive training and feedback from our founder, Jacob Coyne
Requirements:
- 1+ years of social media management experience, preferably for a nonprofit, church, or advocacy organization.
- Passion for mental health awareness and suicide prevention, with a focus on Gen Z.
- Experience working with UGC, influencers, and branded content.
- Strong communication and time management skills.
Preferred (But Not Required):
- Living in or willing to relocate to Johnson City, TN, where Stay Here is based.
- Experience with mental health advocacy or nonprofit organizations.
- A desire to work long term with us, and build a Stay Here media team in
